This service is aimed at
giving the client the peace of mind that his IT infrastructure is working
optimally at minimal cost but at the same time giving him control over
maintenance expenditure.
Milltech will monitor your
infrastructure remotely including Servers, Firewall, backups and
security, alerting you
the client to any problems or potential problems.
Managed Services requires that the client to take a much more hands on approach than a full
Service agreement would. The decisions required to keep the
clients IT infrastructure running optimally rests with the client and the client
will need to understand both the
potential impact of any monitoring alert from Milltech and make the
correct request for service timeously.

If requested, Milltech will provide support through its normal
support / maintenance channels once the client has requested it and we will ensure that whatever
assisstance is required
is done to get the client up and running.
