Offering the benefit of a reduced hourly rate for Milltech services but the client is required to deliver and collect the equipment to and from Milltech's offices.

The same as above but is charged at a premium rate due the emergency nature of the callout and the fact that the client does not have a SLA.
Emergency Callout
On an adhoc basis we provide support when needed on a first come first served basis only. A service call will be charged
 On-site
Milltech provides an adhoc support service for clients who require a once of solution to a specific problem. This service is offered either at the clients site or as a carry-in service. All work is accepted on an adhoc basis and will be done on a first come first served basis. We aim for a 24 hour turn around but this cannot be guaranteed because priority is always given to our clients who have either a Service or Managed contract.
