performance levels by ensuring service packs and critical update are
applied timeously.
Support
Milltech will monitor & repair your infrastructure 24/7 and provide an alert when
any problem or potential problem occurs. When necessary our
technicians will be on site.
Management
Service Level Agreement (SLA) provides a complete management and
support service tailor-made to suit the client's needs. The SLA
includes Remote Monitoring & Management of your IT infrastructure
including Servers, Firewall, Backup, Security & desktops. We will be
on-site within the contracted time frame if needed.
